Let 3d Coach Your Coaches

3d’s nationally renowned methodology is even more effective if your coaches are living and breathing it.  3d Lacrosse Workshops are designed to do just that. Coaches and players learning the system side by side.  In addition, our workshops give coaches and their program unparalleled access to a 3d Lacrosse Master Coach. Our staff of 3d Lacrosse Master Coaches includes many former Division I coaches and players who are continually involved in the evolution of the 3d Methodology.

3d Lacrosse will travel to each program location to take a deep dive into training your coaches, while at the same time teaching your players the basics of the 3d Methodology . You will see immediate advantages to the workshop environment. We will help solidify your teams skill development system by incorporating the our innovative techniques directly into your existing program.  This will provide a unique opportunity for you and your players to invest in your program and do something together that will make everyone better.  The sessions will help your program increase its overall tactical knowledge of the game and allow you to advance the system further through our continuing education.

While our workshops are somewhat customizable, we generally focus on three areas: Field Lacrosse Workshops, Box Lacrosse Workshops & Box/Field Combination Workshops.

This program is not a one off session.  At the completion of the sessions, your coaches will have access to our 3d Video Drill Library throughout your season.  More importantly, you’ll sustain a long lasting relationship with 3d Lacrosse to help ensure you always have a resource to turn to in your ongoing quest to improve your program.

Testimonial from Kevin Kline of CT Ticks: "3d has improved not only the individual technical skill of players, but allowed a number of new and lesser skilled players to develop a love of lacrosse. Our challenge was how to make the experience beneficial, developmental, and enjoyable for all the players, regardless of their skill level and experience. I can say that without 3d this would have been an insurmountable struggle...the progress was significant. This individual improvement is now translating into team play and game success. Needless to say they are now hooked on lacrosse...3d has positively impacted what was believed to be, at the beginning of the season, a significant challenge due to the realities of this team."

Testimonial from Mike Daley of Southington Girls Lacrosse (CT): "We are off to a great undefeated season so far 4-0. Drills, techniques and new methods are working great. The girls that have been in the program for years love the new terms, trying out the different shots and moves during games. We just had a double header against Cheshire and Canton on Saturday. Coaches asked what we are doing differently this year and we told them 3d Lacrosse!"
