Sevens New England - Fall 2020

Sevens New England - Fall 2020

Program Overview (Boys & Girls)

3d Lacrosse is thrilled to run our seventh Sevens New England Tournament. Sevens NE will pit New England lacrosse teams against each other in small-sided, 7v7 games in order to crown a champion. The new format is aimed at giving players the opportunity to improve and compete in a rapid-fire environment that will give every player a high number of touches and force them to make quick decisions.

The Sevens NE tournament was inspired by the "rugby sevens" events played in the 2016 Olympics. Rugby sevens is played with teams of seven players playing seven-minute halves and similarly, our Sevens tournament will be played with smaller, 5x5 goals and each team fielding six players and one goalie.

Sign up your Sevens team and compete for annual bragging rights and the brand new Sevens New England trophy at this exciting one-day event.

We are accepting only 12 teams per age group, so claim your spot today.
